Fundraiser for SAAS startup

About the Role

Develop fundraising strategy, seek individual and institutional donors, organize pitching events, and manage long-term relationships with startup investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and outreach to relevant angel investors, venture funds, and family offices.
• Structure pitch decks, financial projections, and due-diligence data rooms.
• Coordinate pitching meetings, investor follow-ups, and term sheet discussions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with funding partners and advisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful capital raising or investor relations in SaaS, tech startups, or non-profits.
• Deep familiarity with the early-stage venture capital and angel funding ecosystem.
• Persuasive negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Existing network of active tech investors and angel syndicates.
• Financial modeling and venture valuation experience.

Experience Level

2+ years of relevant experience in startup fundraising, investment banking, or investor relations.
